Start-up, Testing, and Training  

From pre-energization through to customer handover, Maverick’s Service Team will ensure that your new equipment is operating correctly and safely and ensure a smooth transition to new agent.

  1. Start-up: Testing and commissioning services to ensure your equipment is installed and functioning properly before and after it is brought on-line. This includes testing the equipment for correct operation, calibrating settings, and checking electrical connections.
  2. Documentation: To ensure that all relevant information about your equipment is properly recorded and stored, Maverick will ensure there is detailed documentation on the equipment, including manuals, specifications, and operating procedures.
  3. Training and support:  Will will provide the training and support services to help our customers understand how to operate and maintain their new equipment. This includes providing training materials, conducting training sessions, and offering ongoing support as needed.
Maintenance

Maverick offers ongoing maintenance services to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and effectively. This includes regular inspections, testing, and calibration.

  1. Visual inspections: To identify any signs of wear, damage, or other issues. This could include checking for loose connections, signs of corrosion or damage, and other visual indicators of problems.
  2. Electrical testing: This is testing to ensure equipment is functioning properly. It includes testing the voltage, current, and resistance of the equipment to identify any abnormalities or issues.
Repairs and Upgrades

Our knowledgeable staff offers repair services for any issues with your equipment and can recommend replacements, upgrades, or retrofits.  

  1. Repairs and replacements: Our techs evaluate whether worn, damaged, or malfunctioning components need to be repaired or replaced. This could include replacing circuit breakers, fuses, and other components critical to the operation of the switchgear.
  2. Upgrades and retrofits: When necessary, we can help you evaluate the performance of existing equipment and identify opportunities to add new components, upgrade existing components, or retrofit outdated equipment with new technology.

Our engineers are adept at evaluating current systems and providing guidance on the most practical and safest options for continued operation.
